Not funny. SuperBowl MVP, role model with bleeped out language and bad behavior. Given the number of NFL players with felony charges, gun charges, etc. the last thing they need is a good guy creating a bad image.
Just not funny, especially when it involves kids. Incredibly poor taste.

I agree. He's such a nice person in real life (or so I've heard, I don't know him) that I think the humor was more in the IRONY of the situation. But never for one moment do I think he'd actually treat children that way.
