In awe of their Wonder Woman guest star, several Muppets don costumes and try to learn how to become superheroes themselves... with disastrous results.
Highlights include Miss Piggy in a "Wonder Pig" sketch, the Electric Mayhem singing "A Little Help from My Friends", Floyd performing "While My Guitar Gently Weeps" and Lynda Carter performing "Orange Colored Sky" with the Super-Muppets.

The Alligator's Name?
It was something like Resol Efab Gib, which backwards spells Big _______ Loser, but I couldn't quite figure out the middle word, and that storyline was never resolved. Did anyone else catch it?

I don't know if they repreated it more often than others, or what, but to me, this is the best episode of the muppets I can remember. It had everything;witty writing, 2 songs from Beatles, cryptic messages (rezal avad gib=big dave lazer, the executive producer (and the last name in the credits at the end), Lynda Carter (don't kid yourself, Wonder Woman was huge), a super hero theme (as well as a supernatural one), and the rubber band, man!

Lynda Carter's Wonder Woman poster was the favorite spanking material for millions of horny 70's teenagers.
After the show she became a born again Christian and railed against her perpetually erect pimply faced fans.
Fortunately, she mellowed out and realized that raking in dough wearing skimpy little costumes and Jesus could co-exist.
