They weren't bad for having just a few hours to prepare. Pitch issues, but probably the most entertaining group of that episode. I haven't actually heard the beatboxer sing all that much so I don't know how long he's going to stick around. All four of them are better than most of the girls this time around.
I predict the men dominate this season. Of course, I could very easily eat my words once the first round of 24 episode comes around.

I dont normally follow American Idol, but this episode showed up on my Tivo and I watched it all the way though. I concur that the males do seem a lot better than the females. I watched he beatbox fellow (Blake Lewis) have his first audition, he can sing... but not as well as his competetors, IMO.
