Ya know, it's pretty odd. Family Guy and Mad TV, both being comedically deplorable in their own rights, ganging up to beat on further deplorables Dane Cook and Kathy Griffin.

It's akin to poop telling shit that it stinks, even if there is no denying that poop does make a very good point.
