I have some ancestry that was Jewish. They came to America and switched to Catholicism when they got there. I was raised Catholic but I have some Jewish ancestry. I'm not sure what kind of Jewish last name they had and I'm not sure when they came to America but all I know is that they came to America with a Jewish last name and switched their last name to Coffman in which it used to be Kauffman or Kaufmann. We're not sure which one it was but it was one of those. My point is that we know that we had ancestry that had a Jewish last name and came to America but we don't know what kind of Jewish last name they had and we don't know when they came to America. That's all I guess.
