funny thing about these 'masters'...
put them into a mixed martial arts competition and they get their asses kicked by more well-rounded fighters.

Ah, yes, but they conveniently find competitions "below" them most of the time I'm sure.

I will agree that the majority of Dim Mak 'masters' would not be able to survive an altercation with a more rounded martial artist. However, what is not realized is that you will not find a true Dim Mak master easily. A true Dim Mak master is an all rounded fighter, in which Dim Mak is taught as an advanced part of their training. Dim Mak is not a style of martial art, but it is an advanced part of martial arts training.
