That's possible, higly unlikely.
The two lovers are unaware of each other similar (corporate) backgrounds. How ironic that cold genetic enineering still results in love.
Its implied that since two companies De Borg and SaXXon are noted at the beginnings and ends of each video, the lovers aren't direct siblings, for proprietary reasons, hehe.

That exact premise is explored the movie "Code 46." starring Tim Robbins & Samantha Morton, except it's a mother/son relationship. If you liked this video, I'd recommend seeing that movie.
