Seth MacFarlane: Larry and Steve
After being hired at Hanna-Barbera Cartoons, Inc., MacFarlane was given a chance at the age of 22 in 1996 to direct a sequel entitled Larry and Steve, a nine minute short which was broadcast as part of Cartoon Network's World Premiere Toons.

There are many similarities to Family Guy, including similar voices and character status for Peter and Brian's character.

Re: Early Pilot of Family Guy
this made me laugh so hard. all the voices were the same, just different characters. this is a great find.

Hahaha!! I remember this small cartoon exactly from when I was a child! It's just as funny as it was back then!

Funny to see the extra slapstick humor added in to try to make Family Guy more kid-compatible.

i think the music playing in the beginning and the end is a cartoon network theme, though i dont remember what program it was featured on.
