Re: Trickshot: Artistic Pool Trick Shots Pt 1
i'm sorry but i'm slightly annoyed by a common occurence across loads of websites. As soon as anyone has talent the conclusion made by too many people is that they have "too much time on their hands".
It's some great skills that they've practiced well. And i don't think its fair to simply assume that if you had enough time you just copy every trick.
Surely i could exagerate the sentence saying someone like David Blaine has way too much time on his hands to complete magic tricks.
anyway, well done to that guy, it looked awesome and i'm sorry i chose this place to voice my opinion, and i'm sorry that the above post caused it when it was only a basic comment.

That's not talent, playing Moonlight sonata begining to end and then going back home and writing it note by note without having to repeat it (Beethoven) I call talent. This is based on trial and error, hours and hours of it and the final product is far as pleasing as a symphony or even a normal game of pool if you ask me.

Whatever. Different strokes for different folks.

Now, the world don’t move to the beat of just one drum,
What might be right for you, may not be right for some.

And some like to stroke it more than others.

I'm not trying to take anything away from the dude, he's definately got talent... but those pockets were huge.

Hate to burst your bubbles out there, but this ain't real. You can actually pause a couple sections and see when one ball actually passes through another ball. Not hits another ball, but passes through. I am no scientist, but I am pretty sure that it's impossible. Fake stuff I am afraid.

Erm, Ppooler ? If you ever happen to read this (M&C is extremely popular worldwide after all)...
Just ignore those guys except the ones who liked it >.
Man, those shots would rock even if they were fake.

Re: Trickshot: Artistic Pool Trick Shots Pt 1
Hey, I'm not saying that the shots didn't rock. I was really enjoying it, until I saw the ball pass through the other one. Just kinda ruined it. I can enjoy wrestling, it doesn't claim to be real. This one is posing as real. Just a little dissapointing, that's all.

Hey Ranma21
I'd like you to tell me when exactly you have seen a ball going through another, because I have watched both videos very carefully and I have seen nothing like this. So if you tell me the video and the time I will look more carefully. For the moment, sorry but I think this is completely true... which is awesome

Re: Trickshot: Artistic Pool Trick Shots Pt 1
Okay. I am not sure how closely you mean by looking at something carefully. I had to recheck myself. Trick shots Pt 1 watch the shot after he lifts three balls in succession in a basket. If you don't see anything strange in the next shot I dont know what to tell you.
Also. The final shot on the Pt 1 clip...when he picks up the 8 ball, the area where the 8 ball was blurs, and when the cue in turn hits the 8 ball, it blurs again. Just seems a little fishy.

Re: Trickshot: Artistic Pool Trick Shots Pt 1
Ranma, you're a moron. The shot you're talking about where the cueball "passes through" the red ball is far from fake. You're just too stupid to realize that it is passing BEHIND the red ball. Somehow I feel the need to explain the properties of light and matter, but seen as how you're probably a blind man, I'll save myself the time.
