Wow hats off to the voice actor... I didn't think an adult male Italian voice could pull it off but his giggles are just aDORable! :)

I remember Topo Gigio from my childhood and always loved him. Sometimes childhood memories are a disappointment when revisited, but I am glad to say not this one. He is still so damn cute and adorable!!
