His name is Chris Van Den Durpel end he is a belgian comedian.
He does all sorts of characters, such as "Kamiel Spiessens", who is a farmer type guy, "Jimmy B", who is a homosexual, and so on. This is just one of his many short-lived characters at work.

I have to admit, other than posting comments on this site; this is got to be the biggest waste of time ever. I just lost 2 minutes of my life that I will never get back, and it was for a horrible video.
