LOL, according to IMDB.com, the guy who directed Hardware Wars ended up getting a job on the real Star Wars: Return of the Jedi.

There was a interview where George Lucas admitted that this was his favorite all-time Star Wars parody. There are funnier ones out there no doubt, but this one sure is a classic!
