i think it's interesting that after it falls apart, there's a cut, and all of the legs are nicely lined up for it to pick up... i think this is a giant fake... but that's just me.

Well thats just it, it cant even assemble itself. Theres nothing autonomous about the assembly; there is either someone controlling it by remote to get the legs attached or someone is moving the legs to the proper location manually. Either way, saying that the chair can assemble itself is a bit of a stretch.

There could be sensors so that the chair can find them on its own. Useless? What about storage...I'd be sweet if all of our furnature just fell apart when we wanted and could reassemble itself.

it's just a concept, no one said it had to actually work completely right. remember the toy cards where you drew the movement instructions on the top of them? those werent real working models but concept pieces. i'm thinking that's what this is.

Chairs explode when I sit on them anyway. Someone should invent a chair that walks me to the kitchen to get me more twinkies.
