It's too damn early in the morning for me to figure out WTF this is. When you truncate the URL, you can't even get into the site referenced at the end of the video (which I actually watched all the way thru because I like irritating disco music...heh). Anyway, if anyone knows what the hell this clip is showing, please respond in comments and make me look stupid. I live for such abuse.

Uhm. It's basically a row of 32 leds that creates writings or drawings (thru "Persistence of Vision") while in motion.
