Doesn't really fit but when I saw that there's a slider for "chimes" this reminded me of a program that was made by Syntrillium. It has A LOT of options to play with, from the MIDI instrument, speed and strength of entropy to a wide range of tonal scales to choose from.

But "Wind Chimes" is hard to get now, because Syntrillium was bought by Adobe because of their other more famous product: CoolEdit (now called Adobe Audition, nice sound editor btw). Apparently all other Syntrillium software was discontinued, so the only way to get "Wind Chimes" is from Shareware sites like this one:

White noise is the only way I will sleep. All of the sounds here loop and my mind locks into the loop then follows it, not allowing me to sleep. I've had the same problem with sleep machines that cost me way too much money. Now, a white noise generator works perfectly.

Very simple, but also very cool. A unique customisable take on white noise generators, and also, free. It seems a 'deluxe' version with more types of sounds (city, river, woods, etc.) would of been just as easy to create.
