In round 1 they first say "come quick" (Police speech), then the last guy says " I wish him good luck."
In round 2 they say the "come quick" thing again and the last guy says "Katou Kouji is great". Katou Kouji is a Japanese comedian. Hard to see on the small video but I imagine he's the guy that breaks the lightsaber.

They say "koi! koi!" which is the command to "come [with us]"
then the guy steps on screen and says "ganbaru to omoimasu" which means "we will do our best"
