The Rayered-X (Layered-X in the video) transformer robot is able to reconfigure itself into some amazing shapes: a short tower, a carousel, a walking spider and a tall biped battle robot.
It can even transform an arm into a new leg and keep on fighting.
Developed by Asurada, it appeared at the 9th Robo-One competition held in Tokyo, March 2006.

now that is cool. i love these home made model robots. anyone know a site where you can buy these things? or like, stock parts for them? screw model airplanes, i wanna make robots! :P
