ha that was great i e-mailed the link to a friend of mine who has to use mac at work and hates mac's =]

I just bought my wife an imac (I'm a PC person and so is she)... she does graphic design and often has trouble with conversion/file formats/etc when dealing with mac centric printers/designers...

Anyways.. nothing will make you feel stupider than staring at your lamp lookin imac for 20 minutes trying to figure out how to eject the inline CD/DVD drive tray... "try open apple e... d? control open apple shift 8, 9er tab?" (turns out there's a "eject key" where your minus key would be on the number pad, who knew? I'm a techie guy and I felt humbled and confused (these are easy to use and userfriendly!?)

When it locked up the first time, I really missed having ctrl alt delete =(
