Lady Sovereign has launched a site and even started a petition in order to 'Save the Hoodie' - that is prevent the hoodie item of clothing from being banned.

Yes, that's right someone has had the absurd idea of banning an item of clothing.

If we're gonna do that could we ban socks with sandals first, please?

Interestingly, when you pop onto the site you'll hear our petite lady singing 'Fling on an Adidas hoodie and just boogie woogie with me, or you can just put on your dancing shoes and get loose can you, get loose can you….'.

Score for Adidas, might just help them save face after their olympic sized blunder earlier this week.

;)

On the website there's also a pac-man style game where Lady Soverign walks around the shop trying to avoid the guards.

Addictive.

Re: Save The Hoodie
Yeah it's all very silly and all blown waaay out of proportion probably by some nothing to do,retired, bored, middle class assholes...
Example:
On starting a new term in school my two daughters were sent home for wearing navy blue hoodies, long navy blue skirts and doc martin boots all NOW considered a no no under the school dress code for reasons so stupid that they aren't worth repeating.

I sent my daughters back to school the next day wearing the same outfit and a letter pointing out that nowhere did it state that any fashion type that is associated with muggers, thieves, liars and politicians were not to be worn. They were re-instated.

The funniest part of all this is at that time one of my daughters had blue hair and the other a very bright barbie pink! and amazingly nothing was said. Try and work that one out as I can't. The world is frigging bonkers!

Arent hoods a good thing? They keep your ears warm. What a ridiculous waste of time for any nutjob crusader to take this on.
