Re: BBoy Luca
The dude is cool. What he does as far as dance ability is good, but from what I think, and what THIS VIDEO shows, is not great. He's not taking full potential of using his crutches as an extension of his body, which in fact, they are. Some of his moves on the basketball court start to show that. But I think the videographers were playing with the audience's input of sympathy for the dude to make their point.
B minus.

Re: BBoy Luca
Whether anyone believes he is doing things to his full potential or not, watching this sure as hell made my fat ass feel bad for taking advantage of the full use of my legs that I have. Made me think I should get up off my butt a little more.

So, his arms have to be RIPPED... I mean I can barely lift up chairs and what-not... ha ha and I can't dance for shit.

Re: BBoy Luca
Doing a handstand on those crutches then dropping into a pushup position without his legs touching the ground is absolutely incredible, for anyone who doesnt think so, just try doing a few pushups without your legs touching the ground and you'll see what i mean.

Re: BBoy Luca
I love the vidclip and the moves...and sure...maybe he could have done a lot more with the crutches but I still think it's amazing what they showed..and apparently most of the ppl who commented on the video have faith he can do a whole lot more than what they showed...its still inspiring...and i guess thats really what the clip was going for. :)

Re: BBoy Luca
My dad has arthrogryposis. Although he doesn't breakdance (it'd be awesome if he did!) he's got the same spirit as Lazylegz here.
I just want to say I have the utmost respect for this guy. I don't exactly know what it's like to go through life like this, but I got a pretty good second hand understanding of it, if that makes any sense.
When you put it into perspective, when someone very close to you has a physical limitation you never notice it. I remember growing up having friends over for the first time, or have a girl over for the first time and have them ask "why does your dad's hands look like that?" it always takes me a second to realize what the hell they're talking about. It really isn't something you think about, you just see a great person. Or in my case, my father.
I'm getting sidetracked heh...
Just wanted to say keep doing what you're doing man. You kick ass!
