I think it's a sound clip of Bill Gates showing features from the new Windows Vista over a video clip of someone showing the same features in the current version of Mac OS X. It's just an ego fluffer for Mac users.

“Ego fluffer” or not, there is something to be said about this. Not saying Gates is a thief, but rather some features of OS X might be worth emulating.
