Re: SNL: Wool Sweater
Dane did an excellent job for the whole show, it is a perfect match for him (three great guests in a row... this must be a miracle) but this was my personal favorite. Simple silly concept, and it is totally reliant on his comedic skills alone.

Re: SNL: Wool Sweater
I have to disagree completely. Although Dane is a perfect match for SNL. Terrible writing for a hack comedian. He really should be on the show as a cast member, he fits in well with the lame duck, hanging on by it's finger nails, aiming for cancelation kind of show that SNL has become.

Re: SNL: Wool Sweater
Amy Pohler is great, there isnt a single Charles Rocket in the entire cast and the new crop of internet friendly junior snl'rs (Andy Samberg, and two of his Lonely Island buddies on the writing staff), are making this season one to remember. SNL is easy to take pot shots at, and they have often deserved it, but at the end of the day, this is still a great show.
PS: Re: Dane Cooks Hackery
I only recently learned of Dane Cook's penchant for stealing material, and while I still find his energetic personal endearing, as a comedian, he has broken my heart.

Weekend Update kicks ass, there isnt a single Charles Rocket in the entire cast and the new crop of internet friendly junior snl'rs (Andy Samberg, and two of his Lonely Island buddies on the writing staff), are making this season one to remember. SNL is easy to take pot shots at (often well deserved pot shots), but at the end of the day, this is still a great show.

Re: New Wool Sweater
I only laughed when the table didn't break. The last line, "Ew," has to be one of the worst closing lines ever.
