I actually know where this guy lives... He puts it on a couple times a day... the neighbors dont mind it (believe it or not) they think its pretty neat

There is a TV station there in Ohio that done a interview with the man that does the lights. It isn't fake, it is real. I think that it is so cool. Original for sure!

I live in utah and the christmas lights like that are not fake. You can drive near the house and put your radio to the right station and you can hear the music playing in sync with the lights. I wonder though if he does all the christmas light installation himself http://www.christmaslights-utah.com

I dislike it when people say " way to much time on their hands." That should only apply when it sucks. Your entitled to your opinion, but what else are people going to do. This at least this is art and I think it's pretty cool. Just think about all the work that goes into plannning, Timing, what lights to use, etc.

The man who did the lights has a 40+ work week and is an engineer. So he is a hard working american just as most of us are.
The lights were done for the public and his light bill has increased by 150. dollars a month. So, your statement of having too much time on his hands was very ignorant based on such little knowlegde of what you knew about this topic.
Dont go through life like that, or your bound to be miserable.
Enjoy what the man and his family did for us on the holidays to make them memorable for us kids young and old.

This years 2005 display is the same only another song has been added. Which is a christmas song snoopy and the red baron.

There is more than one song.
From what I have heard from the owners there is a least two songs. One of them is Snoopy and the red Baron, which the guys wife did.
The Husband did the classical music lights.
Though I have not seen the Red Baron one yet.
Lets see who can find it and post it first!

I agree in some respects.
Although I think the lighting is cool enough to sport most any christmas song and dont knock Celine.. I would hit that and so would you..lol..

Because it's crass, tasteless, undignified, ostentatious, tacky, and vulgar. People who encourage this kind of thing are destroying everything that is good about Christmas. I am therefore forced to conclude that they hate it.

My sister's braces are wired up to do that. It costed like, a bagillion dollars, but she married this guy who ownes, like, 1/16 of Australia, a yacht big enough to hold a yacht, and 3 swiss alps. This was good too.

Are we sure this is the same house just in 2004? because if you go to the lindsaylights website, it looks like a completely different house and setup from what they say is 2004, but the 2005 looks amazing. Because this other one for 2005 is in Canada if i'm not mistaken. see for yourself http://www.lindsaylights.com/ Maybe i'm just confused :)
