Very funny advertising-mashup, but I also have to mention something else. If I ever woke up, opened a window, or felled a tree, only to reveal that static, smiling king's head, I would immediately try to kill it, in self defense. That thing scares me shitless, and I'm shocked they would think it would ever help sell hamburgers.

Ironically, yours is the exact reaction they were hoping to extract. As is mine now, and any that will follow this discussion thread. Like the Quizno rats, they are getting free word of mouth advertising.

You make a very good point, and I can only say I am glad M&C does its best not to buy into or give free brand name space to these corporately crafted meme's. It is frightening, and telling, that in this day and age discomfort is able to take the place of good old fashioned subliminal sex in adverstising. Fear us? Good. Have a snack.

I would have to admit, if the King suddenly appeared in the woods brandishing a sandwich,
and I with such easy access to an axe... there would definately be a coming to Jesus party.
The King could most definately scare the living Buhjesus out of me on any given day.
Which reminds me:
I wonder if my neighbor got his head axed in on halloween for handing out unwrapped
sanwiches whilst wearing the King mask...
