Not Working?
Ric Kaner set out to find a new way to make graphene, the thinnest and strongest material on earth. What he found was a new way to power the world.

And like any "new way to power the world", its patent will end up in some safe owned by some emirate prince. Nice try, tho...

Re: The (Super) Supercapacitor
electrical power production has two main failings: first, almost all types of power generation harms the environment in some way (CO2, damming rivers, radiation, bird kills, etc); second, electrical usage varies greatly during the course of a day, but most generation methods work best in a steady state mode, which leads to inefficiencies which make the first problem even greater. this capacitor can only affect the 2nd problem. we still need better ways to generate power in the first place.

It seems like this, paired with a resonance transformer, could be a highly efficient method for transferring/storing energy. Imagine just driving into a parking lot, sitting for a minute as your car recharges, wirelessly. You could charge cellphones, computers, or any electrical device at the same time.
