The epicenter of Tibetan protest has shifted to the eastern Chinese provinces of Qinghai, Gansu, and Sichuan, where five self-immolations have occurred this week alone. LinkAsia speaks with Columbia University's Robert Barnett about why this is extremely alarming for the Chinese government.
