NY Governor: Utility Companies Failed in Sandy
New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo said all of the utility companies in the New York City area failed residents in the wake of Superstorm Sandy. His comments came as hundreds of residents protested outside the Long Island Power Authority on Saturday. (Nov. 10)
