Yes, M&K do rerun some of their content. Most likely those clips that get the most hits. I have been a fan for long enough to recognize a rerun, but I don't recall this one. So maybe, just maybe, this clip is running again is a sign of the times for the marketing tool that recommended it may be a good time to run it again.
It does deliver a political message. As we approach the end of a presidential election year, we reflect on how we feel personally about the current administration has helped us personally. The best answer is a question only we can answer. Has my quality of life been better or worse the last four years?
