If you feel like there have been more presidential campaign commercials on TV this election season than there were in 2008, you're right.
According to the Wesleyan Media Project, four years ago, about 637,000 ads had aired at this point in the race. This year, that number has skyrocketed to 915,000 ads, a 44 percent increase!
