The 23rd Ammendment ain't gonna be repealed. And to boot, he's a failure in the world's fifth biggest economy... just like the failure in DC is.

Equal Opportunity to Govern Amendment (the Awnald bill) could have alot of support.
If you haven't already, I suggest you look at all the politicians who currently cannot be president because they aren't "natural born" Americans.
Not that I think it matters who the next puppet is in 2008. I would just like to call him the Presinator. :)

No...he's not a failure, Spammie. He repealed Gray-Out Davis' excessive car registration tax (which was the reason Davis was booted inthe first place), he dealt w/Workers' Comp and lowered the rates and now he's bringing the issue of district gerrymandering to the voters on Nov 8 as well as the NOVEL concept of the Legislature spending only as much money as it takes in (as opposed to the 110% it feels it's entitled to currently). Reagan wasn't a brain surgeon and neither is Schwarzenegger, but what the 2 CA governors had/have in common is personality and good advisors. And in as superficial a place as California, these attributes will get things done...
