coined by Tommy James and the Shondells. The group won first place in the vocal group category in the United States Air Force's world wide talent contest in 1969. the group consisted of Claude Parham, Ted Stocker, and Lee Cunningham. All were stationed at Eglin Air Force Base, Florida.
