The winner this year was Kyle Barton of Des Moines, Iowa. This is his first win at the Illinois State Fair, although he's claimed the title at the Iowa State Fair before and plans to hit a few more states with his hog call.

My love for America just got rekindled. Ya know, I think I can move at ease between red and blue states, being 49% white trash and 49% elitist, and a touch of genius. One day sipping organic pineapple juice and nibbling on fairtrade chocolate brownies and the next harvesting cotton and hunting wild boar with elephant gun. Jeeeeeeehaaaaaaaawwww! Who will roof me?
