Agreed. I'm surprised this was a PSA with that content. Granted, this is France, so above the waist nudity is seen as acceptable. However, I'd like to know, with all that innuendo, did this ever make TV, or is it just supposed to be an internet viral?

Writing as a European, I've learnt that Americans see violence and strong language as much more acceptable than nudity, but europe has grown to be more tolerant of nudity, and rejected violence.

Which says nothing about the violence in Ireland or the way the f-bomb has become as common as the word is. Or should we talk about the paedophile rings in France? Perhaps the bullfighting rings in Spain? Football hooligans in England?

Yeah, it's not actually a PSA.
AIDES (http://www.aides.org), whose logo appears at the end, is an NGO. What's more, a PSA would have had government mentions, probably from the Ministère de la Santé.
And it's far too long, anyway ^_^
So this is purely a Web viral... pun just as intentional as in the M&C presentation !

Sorry to reply to my own comment, but after reading the others --
It's a bit too much down the "porn" alley to actually find itself on French TV. And with the S&M guy, for all of his appearance lasting just one second, it would never make its way to mainstream channels before midnight. Without him, or on paying and / or crypted channels, it could easily be broadcast from 10:30 pm onwards.
The French Higher Audiovisual Council (CSA) is a lot more permissive than equivalent institutions in the UK, for instance (and I won't even bring up Ye Backwarde God-Fearing US ; I'm sure the people on this website as a majority agree with that designation). The one example I always cite is that of Aliens IV : 18+ in the UK, 12+ accross the Channel. Not to mention Basic Instinct, also 12+ over here as I discovered by watching it at prime time the other evening.
So as you all say, indeed, it is France after all. And I invite you all to come over and walk Paris' currently sunny & warm streets, overflowing with (at last) lightly clad Parisiennes :-P

This is now officially a PSA, I saw it on TV this very morning ! It was on the franco-german channel Arte (maybe the Germans are even more tolerant than us French ?), at 7:35 local time.

M&C's protection system is easily bypassable :)..
Just open up Quicktime, and open this URL:
http://media.milkandcookies.com/media/mov/f/femmesaidsmd.mov?media=7717bc65d1334d4801611968cd2cd710
^That's the actual quicktime file^
Then save the movie by using the 'Save As' function or whatever. It's even easier if it's a .wmv file.
Just open up Quicktime, and open this URL:
