This is a search on google for the term 'inurl:'Viewerframe?Mode=' which will give you a bunch of neato webcams accessible straight from the web.
Some of them are in corporations and some are city cameras that let you check out cities (mostly in Asia.) To get the camera controls in english, change Language=# to Language=4, or if it isn't in the url, add &Language=4 right after whatever mode equals.
Try not to bother that Chinese Locksmith too much once you find him, he looks to be at wit's end...

Something about this seems illegal. I feel like the internet version of Tom Cruise, hanging by a string in a high security vault. Except, instead of a high security vault, it is a japanese violin shop.

I did quite a bit of checking to try and ensure I didn't go duplicate... I learned on my first attempt to post something to even look for spelling errors, so I just kind of browsed the entire webcams archive...
