I'll contact Comedy Central via email, and I hope others do as well. I have to agree, it is both astonishing and frightening that this story has been entirely missed by the national media. It's odd, considering the violence and total cruelty of the assailants: usually these would be considered newsworthy traits for a story, the old axiom of "...if it bleeds, it leads."

Real heroes deserve better.
