You know what I like? Baked onion... Oh my. With hamburger. Or with anything. Or just baked onion. I also like it with raw herring. I can't cut an onion like Ramsey does, though. My paws are too clumsy for that.

I saw this video somewhere else, and have been using this method now for a couple months. It is fantastic - I'm a convert.
