Ken just seems to lack that smirk, you know the one, from an actor who thinks he's too talented to be in a wildly popular TV series and needs to be in films instead. And like David Caruso, he flounders around in box office bombs, trying to salvage what career and celebrity he can. The smirk gradually turns to a desperate, has-been look of bravado....and he ends up doing low budget "independent" films. C'est la vie.
