I seriously doubt that he's clue enabled enough to find his tush with both hands a road map and help from his cronies.

Actually, I give Karl Rove credit for being the genius that he is. Shrub himself would never have gotten out of Arlington without him.
There is no doubt in my mind that the popular vote went to the dope this go 'round. Unfortunately, that's not how presidents are elected according to the US Constitution. Rove knew that and also saw that 70% of the popular vote would be counted by the products of only two companies.
