What is it about watching humans dancing that makes one smile from head to toe?

People rarely dance because their sad. I think it is an inherently happy and positive thing to do.
In addition, it's usually a group activity so when you see someone dancing a part of you wants to join in.

Sad perhaps, but everyone knows white people have not been able to dance since the 80s.

Well, we can still dance. It's the quality of our dancing that is in question.
