I was very surprised at them intermixing Atari 2600 sounds with Arcade sfx.
There were a few tiny errors, but one that I noticed was the Joust sound effect was labeled as "Materialize", which is inaccurate. It was actually the sound made when you press the start button and begin the game. I also believe the same sound effect was used in other Williams Electronics games of that generation. Williams occasionally recycled their sfx in different games.
I also noticed a few Intellivision titles, altough I don't think any sfx were attributed to them.

Yup. That Zelda one wasn't even close. I can hear the sound in my head, and it didn't sound anything like that.
