Not Working?
"I have never figured out if I believe in God or not..."
This video is not intended to insult anyone's religion, nor is it an attempt to discredit religious beliefs. It is merely one persons thoughts and questions about the topic of religion. This video as well as other episodes of "Tales Of Mere Existence" will be featured on the second season of the "Cut Up" television program on the French ARTE channel in spring 2010.

Dito.
The quote is:
"When I was a kid I used to pray every night for a new bicycle. Then I realised God doesnâ€t work that way, so I stole one and prayed for forgiveness." - Emo Philips
Made famous by Bansky.

That was a pretty good video. It took me a while to realize it wasn't animated, you can see his hand behind the paper.

I hadn't noticed that. Thanks for pointing it out.
Re: Tales Of Mere Existence: God
Hey, cool! Makes this waaay more impressive, and I'd already given *****.
Re: Tales Of Mere Existence: God
All in this series are created like that. At first, I noticed just a change in the background hue and figured it was lighting but eventually saw the faint outline of the hand.
Funny how the drawing-on-parchment-from-behind technique fools so many of us.

I'm gonna duplicate what a lot of others have said, because they beat me to it....
- Firstly yeah I'd already given 5 stars for the video, very good.
- I did not realise about the hand and it just makes it better.
- Thank you for point it out.

Re: Tales Of Mere Existence: God
My favorite quote was on god fearing..."I can't think of a single instance where fear and paranoia brought out the best in people." Well said.
