Cookie Monster (Frank Oz) has been accused of stealing cookies from Susan (Loretta Long) and Gordon (Roscoe Orman), and Robert MacNeil (of the MacNeil-Lehrer Report) investigates, with Kermit (Jim Henson) as Cookie's lawyer.
