Not Working?
1942 animated cartoon by the Walt Disney Studios, starring Donald Duck in the World War II years.
This clip begins with Donald Duck, who volunteered to do some camouflage painting, painting a cannon. Unfortunately for him, he painted the cannon with yellow, green, and red stripes with black polka-dots, so Black Pete, the sergeant, spots it and forces Donald to re-paint it, then adds, " Make that cannon hard to see." Donald storms off to the "Experimental Laboratory: Camouflage Corps" with the smaller sign, "Keep out!" Donald disregards the sign and walks in. He found some invisible paint, which he used to paint the cannon.

Somehow, I don't see Robot Chicken having the same appeal in 2076 (except for the Star Wars episodes, of course).

Aw man, judging from the title I thought this was going to be a PSA about Shrinkage.
