That one lady that kept talking to it... It was so sweet and sad; it seemed like a pretty mean thing to do to her. I think I can one-better this by making the kid scare the crap out of people with some kind of remotely triggered event like the head popping off.

Or even more subtle... just make some blood slowly start seeping into the cloth from around the eyes....

Nice. That'd be easy to rig. But it'd be hard to reset that. You'd have one shot.
