To get all the points you also have to throw the baby into the West side of Pebble lake. This gets you a soda. Give this soda to the second question guy.
I got all 150 points, but i still had an empty spot in my inventory. Very odd.

You can also get a second arrow after shooting the Kerrek, I think you get bonus points. (So you can get 152/150.)

the walkthrough won't work for me. right now i have arrow, baby, kerrek belt, bow, mask, pills, soda, and meatball sub. what do i do after this?
