Bank of America has announced that it will begin charging an annual fee ranging from $29 to $99, even if you have no balance or have paying off your balance in full every month. It's not just credit cards. Banks like Wachovia are now charging fees to their customers who have a savings account! Inactivity fees, dormancy fees, maintenance fees..banks are charging all kinds of fees to make money on top of the money they're already making for holding your money! Amazing!
