Was Andy joking around, or was he truly angry?

Was this all staged?

Someone should've explain to Andy that when a guy has a severe neck injury, he can't whip his head around during an angry tirade without getting more injured. Other than that, this was a fairly convincing performance, if you assume Andy was faking the neck thing and the other guy was criminally insane.
