The Norwegian Ministry of Peace gave Kissinger one o' them Nobels for sabotaging the '68 Paris peace negotiations in service of Nixon's electoral race against Humphrey, and then running a secret breakfast-lunch-snack-dinner-dessert bombing war in Laos and Cambodia. Really, where would world peace be without the Khmer Rouge Killing Fields?
If Cheney's heart can hold out another few years, there might be one in there for him too when Iraq erupts into a civil war spilling into Iran and Turkey after the U.S. eventually gives up on its pointless non-objectives.

I held a Nobel Prize medal once that was awarded for physics. I could feel the power. The neeeerdy power.
Also, Ze Frank is starting to get a little frosty around the edges but I would still totally do him.
