The world is affected by an obesity epidemic, but why is it that not everyone is succumbing? Medical science has been obsessed with this subject and is coming up with some unexpected answers. As it turns out, it is not all about exercise and diet.

streamed pretty smoothly for me. I think the points the show makes are valid, though I'm skeptical of the precision of some of the research techniques shown (with regards to how they performed bod pod measurements and tracked caloric intake).

I find that most of the time, a YouKu link will play fine if you start it, pause it for about a minute or two to let it buffer up and then start to play it again.

And in Japan they don't have the advanced internet technologies they have in the rest of the world?
It's not distance because the server for this site is based in Seattle which is about as far away as Japan for me.
I think it's because Youku works with uploaders and downloaders. That's what the red down arrow and the green up arrow represent.
Of course I'm not an internet expert so I'm probably wrong.

They should've analyzed their poop too. Instead of finding ways to burn off excess energy, some of their bodies may have simply declined to have absorbed it in the first place.

Are heavy people simply more efficient than others? At least their digestive tracts? There is probably a little truth to that. I'm guessing it's more metabolism than anything.
