Even though this commercial may not have been originally aimed at the web, that's how it's being distributed in this instance.
Splitting hairs over the makers' intent seems silly - if it's online, why not just call it a viral, and on t.v., a commercial. :)

awsome. though that part where the kids kick the soccer ball over the ledge, and it shows the guy on the latter going up a level in two perspectives (hard to explain but you'll see it when it happens) i believe that's from Sandro Del-Prete and his chess board lithograph.
